MY ROLE: COMPOSITING, MOTION DESIGN, EDIT
“Too Many Kicks” is a documentary film by Dawid Wawrzyszyn that focuses on sneakerheads in Poland and the evolution of the shoe-collecting hobby after the cultural transformation that occurred in the late 80s.
I worked on an animated trailer for the documentary, which involved a variety of tasks. I was given a lot of creative freedom during the production process. My tasks included compositing 3D elements, animating typography, applying poster-like color grading, as well as implementing “glitchy” transitions and frantic cuts between shots.
